    The BEST Pupusas from 805 to the Valley! I drive 45 minutes just to eat these pupusas. The chicharron y queso are my favorite!! We always order at least two to eat there and at least two to take home. I will call ahead and pick them up if I am driving from the LA to Oxnard/Ventura.
    We always make sure to get extra crutido (pickled slaw) and salsa. I have been a loyal La Nueva Fogata customer as their pupusas have always been consistently delicious. I also like their Yucca n chicharron, and ensalada drink. My only negative is not very clean...I think this is because it is so old, but I just stay focused on how good the pupusas.

    Counter lady very rude. I've been coming here awhile and was treated very poorly. Not all the service but this lady.

    Just dropped in here today to pick up lunch for myself and some coworkers today; we were all in the mood for some pupusas!!! Came in and there were a couple of people sitting down and eating and there were two ladies working, one behind the counter and one in the kitchen. The lady behind the counter said Hi to me and then asked me if I needed help and my coworkers were going to place an online order but their machine was out. So, luckily I was there and notified them to call and place their orders.

    I ordered one rueveltas (spell check!) and one queso, they were both delicious and not too greasy and the sauce was amazing and their horchata was also very good and not too milky. The lady even helped me carry all our orders to my car and was very helpful and none of our orders were incorrect!

    I wish I wasn't working also or else I would've ordered a michelada or a Modelo!!! But, I can save that for next time!!!!

    One thing they have here that is amazing is there tacos if I am in the area I get their delicious tacos. The price is always right and the service is great.  Since I came the first time I keep on coming. Until next time...

    Went to this restaurant last night and it was the worse food and service ever! To start off, they messed up the order and we had to wait for over an hour to get our food. They they didnt bring me two pupusas that I had ordered but were charging me for them. The music sound was terrible. We couldn't have a conversation at the table and it was obvious that the server didnt hear our order correctly. Will never go back. They need more servers and cooks starting Friday nights!
